        Was denied fuel for my car today by staff. I needed to fill a jerry can with fuel as my car is currently stranded in South London, only petrol station I could find with fuel. When asked what can I do I was told to contact the AA. Very unhelpful and I wont be using Shell again, loyalty card is in the bin.

        Don't normally do reviews but given the fuel situation currently just wanted to applaud the staff at Shell who are working tirelessly outside, for being kind and for their organisation skills and putting up with the few impatient numpties. First time I've got fuel in 13 days and I was beggining to stress, but it was running really smooth up there so big thanks to the Shell staff
