Connies Pregnancy yoga is great! She is so knowledgeable on different positions and poses so that even whilst pregnant you can still stretch and give your body what it needs. It was a lovely time out for me to just enjoy my babies movements, be in a safe calm space and get to meet new local mum friends. Highly recommend. Sucha joy to find Connies class in my 3rd pregnancy wish I found her in the other 2, she has a lovely calming energy and knows exactly what to do to help for any aches and pains which come up in pregnancy she also allows everyone to have a laugh and a well needed hour to yourself for you and your growing baby, and also is big on connecting all women together coming into or on your motherhood journey highly recommend! I did Connies pregnancy yoga classes all the way through my pregnancy from about 15 weeks right up until I had my Son at 39 weeks. Connie is a lovely teacher and always made us feel really welcome and supported, offering adaptations for all movements depending on which was comfortable for each persons ability/stage of pregnancy. She was really knowledgeable and her classes became a highlight of my week that I always looked forward too. I found it a great way to really connect with my bump, take some time to relax and to stretch and move my growing body in a gentle way. It was also an amazing way to meet other expecting mums and share/receive advise. Ive made a really good friend through Connies yoga class who I still see regularly now over a year later and hopefully our babies will grow up to be good friends too. 5 *s would highly recommend :) Mar 29th, 2023
