A B C Cars

I`ve been using ABC cars for many years and am surprised to read some of the reviews. I have never had a bad experience with them and continue to use them. All good as far as I am concerned.

I use ABC cars all the time for over twenty years. They're the only taxi service in Brentwood that I do use. Their drivers are always, courteous and punctual and if they are running late, the controller will let me know. I've always found the staff booking the taxis to be polite and helpful. I would recommend ABC.

They are local cab company to me, nice clean cars, friendly polite drivers, reasonably priced. . Been using them on off for few years. Used to have nice rapport built up with the office, were always happy to cap a trip or round up a price, fulfill a job even if I rang at short notice. but they don't do that now, don't really feel like there's much of a rapport now either, I am now just another customer on the phone. I never joined Uber or such before as preferred to support my local cab companies. I haven't been able to drive for a while, so I take cabs often ABC are one of the two companies I use most, I would use them more often but I find they are not always able to take my jobs, lack of drivers, or if I have a far journey they cannot take it because they need drivers back for school runs etc. So last week I was forced to join Uber because I just couldn't get a cab for a hospital appointment, and the prices quoted were quite extreme. I downloaded Uber, I paid literally half with Uber and I went for one of their nicer cars, got picked up in a Tessler had an amazing comfortable ride to the hospital, so I feel like I am one of those people swaying to the dark side. I once hated Uber but now will be using them most of the time. I would however recommend ABC, great licensed cab company, well established in Brentwood.
