IMO this man is a self serving waste of money. In hindsight, I believe he contrived to supply us with a builder that was neither of decent quality or workmanship. He failed to manage the project and allowed it to over-run to suit both himself and the builder - PJ Gibbons, Brentwood. The word 'charlatan' comes to mind. Rather than ignore it, prove me wrong. Unreasonable ? Why ? Because I had the audacity to pick you up on your unprofessionalism ?

Richard assisted us with our recent move. His independent survey was detailed, clear and useful. Beyond this, Richard was helpful with queries, quick to respond and definitely one of the easier parties to deal with in a stressful home-buying chain! Thoroughly recommended.
