Attended a consultation after paying a refundable 25 deposit. Consultation was fine. I didn't go ahead so could get the money back. No one knew how the deposit was returned. I spoke with the clinic whilst there who said the call centre. I then spoke with the call centre who said the clinic. I then called the clinic and spoke with Ellie who cut the phone off on me after I expressed not understanding how no one knew who returned the money. I was not rude or disrespectful to her. The customer service on the phone call was 0/10 and I would not go back.
