Removal of 2 moles by electro micro surgery, using cauterisation. This procedure was pain free and very quick. Jilla puts you at ease and is reassuring. Recovery is 2-6 weeks, after just a week they were looking great, scab free, 2 weeks later there is very little left to see. Very happy with how they have turned out and very pleased I finally got them removed. I would recommend this service.

Great place! Hard to find someone to trust for a cyst removal and so lucky to have found Jilla.

Recently had a mole removed by the clinic. Top 5 star service, I was booked in in under 2 weeks, the procedure was done with ease. Great professionals at Devonshire, will be my first stop for any procedure in the future.

For the sake of your mental health, avoid this clinic especially if youre a person of colour. Jilla literally destroyed my mental health and self esteem by her gross unprofessional conduct and utter disregard for clients standard of care. I contacted this clinic early last year for advice on skin tags removal. Jilla responded with a price and explicitly said that there would be NO scarring after the treatment. I agreed to the procedure and an appointment was fixed. Just before the treatment, I expressed concern about scarring and hyperpigmentation and let her know I had previously consulted a different clinic and was given an option, laser, but with the risk of hypopigmentation as its fairly common with dark skinned people. She allayed my fears and told me electrolysis was a better option and again reiterated the fact that I wouldnt have any scarring not hyper/hypopigmentation. The treatment was then carried out, after which she gave me an aftercare leaflet. The leaflet stated that healing would take THREE weeks. A week after the treatment, I noticed my skin was scarring rather badly despite the fact that I was following the post treatment routine religiously. She again calmed me and said those spots were nothing to worry about and would clear up in 4-6 weeks and to contact her after 6 weeks. Notice how healing process has suddenly gone from 3 to 6 weeks. From then on, my skin went from bad to worse, my face and neck were badly scarred. Then I contacted her again and thats when the lying and gaslighting began. I showed her photos of my face and asked for a refund of the money I paid so I could use it towards my post treatment to clear the acute hyperpigmentation I was experiencing. My skin barrier had obviously been damaged and the new aesthetician I consulted recommended several expensive products to repair my skin barrier and help fade the scars. Jilla replied my email with blatant lies! She viciously lied through her teeth saying she warned me of the risk of hyperpigmentation. She also said she told me healing would take 6 months!! For electrolysis???????? 6 months??? No electrolysis treatment healing lasts longer than 8 weeks! Furthermore, why would I consent to a treatment that would ruin my skin so badly and take 6 whole months to heal? Theres no way I would have consented to a treat with hyperpigmentation risks, never! Not after I turned down another clinic for the same reason and I made her aware of this before the treatment. Every single correspondence between Jilla and I, prior to the treatment stated any adverse effects nor risks. The only time we spoke one on one was for some minutes before the treatment, thats after an agreement had been reached and deposit made, so when did she state these risks? Jilla, rather than issue a refund which Im entitled to for her botched treatment, offered to give me a free chemical peel treatment. Who in their right mind would trust her with chemical peeling when she couldnt manage electrolysis without major incident? You see, my main problem with Jilla wasnt the fact that the treatment was botched but its the lying, gaslighting and lack of remorse I cant fathom. I told her I had plans to sue her for negligence and I still do. It has taken me over 7 months and over 1,500 to fade 60% of the spots all over my face and neck. My mental health has suffered extensively due to this and I regret ever trusting her in the first place. It took me 3 months after the treatment to gain confidence to leave the house . She clearly has no expertise in dealing with melanated skin and will sacrifice clients mental health for her own gain. She does not deserve to practice given her blatant disregard for clients standard of care and professionalism. Im writing this review nearly 7 months after the treatment because thats how long it has taken me to heal mentally from the trauma she put me through. Updated: Jilla, I knew you would come back with your same gaslighting and pathological lies so Im not going to keep going back and forth with you. Have a nice life!
