Disappointed - found a strand of hair on my fries. Whilst i appreciate you provide ketchup for dine in customers however would suggest you provide at least one dip of customers choice to go with meals. 1 for dips!! 25 for two burgers fries and drink - abit ambitious for this place.

So just a warning to anybody thinking about ordering. We ordered our food and forgot to order any sauces, so we called them up and asked to add them on and would be happy to pay any extra cost in theyre preferred payment method, but the employee (Megha) said it wasnt possible and the only way to do it was through the app. So we tried the app which wasnt working so we called them back up and they said its too late the food is on its way? (3mins after placing the order) so we asked to speak to the manager who then made us aware that the app currently wasnt working and the service was down which led me to wonder why the employee (Megha) ever told us to try it if 1. She had sent the food out anyway and 2. It would have took my money and been unable to add to my order. But rest assured the manager assured us that this poor practice was indeed the only way for the situation to be resolved which means if you forget anything you might as well pop down the shop before it arrives (as we did) because thats as good as it gets! Which also begs the question, is it really ok to accept someones money and then tell them after that they basically get what youre given and you feel no need to try and rectify the problem? Poor customer service and will never be ordering here again! Food was mediocre and I look forward to the day they join the 21st century and find a way to help the rest of the poor future customers that will inevitably make the same mistake at some point, thankfully I wont be one of them!
