        Fabulous Service We bought our new dishwasher from Mackfields they fit it for free and took away the old one. If we had bought it elsewhere we would have been charged for a plumber as the original machine was fitted so badly. Save money in the long run use Mackfield, and they give you a time and turn up when they say. Just good old fashion service.

        Best customer service ever! Walked in on Friday to ask about fixing my Samsung WM. Which had taken 2 hours to speak to someone at Samsung, who then proceeded to give us a number for a company in Romford who didn't answer the phone! . Booked them in for Monday to replace awful Samsung WM & appalling customer service. Arrived on time to the second. Fitted within 20 minutes. After giving us a tutorial for 10 mins he was away. 30 minutes flat! Courteous, clean, reasonably priced & knowledgeable. Really can't fault them. Amazing team at Mackfields. Thank you so much
