It was my first visit with Susan and she made me feel very comfortable & relaxed it was also my first combination treatments of foot & face reflexology and reiki. It was absolutely amazing, I even nodded off as was so chilled, especially loved the reiki & could feel the warmth, was a lovely experience & I continued to feel the effects & relaxation from the treatments days after. Susan was very attentive & checked in on me the following day, which I found to be really lovely. Would highly recommend & will definitely be having more sessions...

I had a zone face lift by Susan, I was very impressed with the result after one session, even my partner made a comment when I arrived home saying my face seemed tighter. I recently had a hydra facial by someone else but I must say I prefered the zone face lift as I saw instant results and it wasnt painful in the slightest. The whole experience was really relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back again! Thank you x

The facial cupping has literally revitalised my skin and paired with the foot reflexology i feel so much more relaxed; such a lovely pair of treatments and i felt really comfortable and welcomed. So happy :)

From my very first treatment Susan made me feel very comfortable & relaxed. I have tried all the treatments & found them all wonderful, calming, motivational & healing, I cannot recommend My Little Retreat highly enough. Lately I have settled on the Zone Face Lift, which has given remarkable results, my face is glowing, my wrinkles have reduced & my eyes have become whiter. An added bonus is that after a treatment I feel calm, relaxed & invigorated. The treatment encompasses many techniques, all targeting certain area of the face & it is never painful or uncomfortable. Overall I end up feeling totally rejuvenated & ready to face the world again.
