I live in a building that Emerson manage for close to five years now. The building is always well maintained. Emerson has always been so nice and pleasant, no request for support was ever too troublesome, and he listens to residents' feedback too. He is also very communicative with all the happenings within the building. Highly recommend his service :)

I would highly recommend DeMoney Management for managing your property. I live outside the country and managing my tenants from afar was proving stressful so I decided to give DeMoney ago and haven't regretted it once. Emo is efficient and always finds the best deal for whatever works or items need purchasing. He listens to my concerns and is very quick to respond to any problem. Once he even took a chair home to fix it himself saving me several hundred pounds. His is quick thinking. knows great, reliable tradesmen and has a ton of initiative. It is such a relief to no longer have to worry about the flat. Thanks Emo :-)

Cannot recommend Emerson at DeMoney Management's services highly enough. He currently manages a property that I rent out as well as the entire building as the managing agent. I used to be quite stressed with the management of both but I don't have to worry at all now. Emerson is proactive, dealing with problems immediately or even before they occur, and always endeavours to do the best option. If costs are involved, he also always manages to keep them down. Having DeMoney managing things for me has been a game changer.

I rented a flat through Emerson for over a year and received 5* support. Emerson was a strong communicator and help us solve issues as and when they arose. If something broke on a Tuesday, hed help arrange support before the Friday. Very fair with paying back deposits and trustworthy. Highly recommend Emerson!

I rented a flat managed by Emerson for c. 18 months. Very satisfied with his approach to maintaining the flat, and his helpfulness and responsiveness when issues were raised. Id be happy to rent a property managed by him & team again
