Special thanks to the wonderful staff at the spire, Brentwood. This is my 2nd time for me here. and the staff, on all levels, are 1st class. They put you at ease as soon as you walk through the doors. They was accommodating and friendly along with their professionalism. Firstly MY SURGON Mr Kumar. Thank you for making me free from pain with a new knee ANAESTHETIST Paul, for making me calm and being so friendly. All theatre staff THEATRE RECOVERY STAFF Your cheerfulness was a great help. NURSES & NURSES ASSISTANTS - Denise, Fay, Sarah, Sheena Sophie, Swee, Michelle, Olu, Sarah, Leila - and others. Thank you for your kindness when times got tuff for me there. PHARMACY LADY - Thank you for explaining every thing in detail to me and my daughter PHYSIO - Kimberley and Sarah - for teaching me how to walk them dreaded stairs so I could go home safely . Thank you. COOK & FOOD SERVICE LADIES. - Debby and others. Your menus and meals and service are 1st class. Thank you And lastly the MEDICATION DR. Dr Carolson. who issued me the nerve pain medication. Im not sure I got your name right- thank you a million times. Its given me so much pain relief. I had a hip operation with mr sean masterson. I have no complaints at all, excelent attention, everyone was lovely, even the food was amazing and most importantly the operation was a success. Would throughly recommrnd

Absolutely awful place to work. Negative working environment, full of bullies and a massive divide between theatre teams, causing lack of communication which is deemed important. Mess up of final pay, refusing to pay for shifts that equalled 16 hours & couldnt care less about staff. Wouldnt recommend to those looking to work here/ or attend for surgeries

Poor treatment of family members ,wasnt allowed to sit with my wife while she waited for her procedure ,then when asked should i stay or go , i got "She can call you when shes done ", Then got Pretty women look so left ......to then get a call from my wife say i can come up and sit with her now . Your staff need to remember people get nervous about an ops no matter the size of the op ,my wife got better info from the NHS when i was in Papworth for my heart transplant
