        The lady in the post office doesnt have idea about customer service, she is so rude, I live in pilgrims hatch and I prefer go to the post office in the high street rather to use this one.

        The lady in this Post Office has a very sarcastic tongue , this is the second time I have used this Post and the Ist time was no better. There will definitely NOT be a 3rd time. I would rather drive a little further and get the service that I would expect from someone whom I am helping to pay her wages. If she doesnt like her job do the customers a favour and find one that suit your unhelpful attitude.
