Its as if this post office believes that nobody has anything better to do with their day but stand in line & wait to post or receive their packages!
People need to post things or receive packages in-order to go about our business, which we cant get around to doing now anyway, because were all stuck in your tedious waiting line.
Nipping to the post office should be a quick procedure, but I only go to THIS post office now if I have nothing else on in the day, because you can quite easily kill hours in line.
You have at least 4 staff stations & in 9 years of living in Brentwood Ive never seen more than 2 open, as a result there is ALWAYS a queue!
Everybody's moaning these days about how computers are taking over & reducing the jobs available to human beings. I can think of at least 3 vacant staff stations in a WHSmith post office in Brentwood if anyone needs employment!
