I would give this a zero star rating if I could , very bad service just hang up after you call to advise you food not been delivered by deliveroo ,

76 minutes to deliver a pizza. Order places at 18:14 (email confirmation) and it turned up late having had its time extended 4 times. No offer of the advertised compensation voucher.

Absolutely disgraceful service and staff dont know what theyre doing. Was a reg customer but this time was just a complete joke. Will never use again. Ordered a pizza deal with two sides at 9:45 said it it will be delivered at 10:25 which then changed to 11:25. I called at 10:40 to be told they dont even have the number for their delivery drivers and that I could call in morning to speak to manager as they sent food but was not delivered even tho the Pizza Hut website said it was in store. I insisted that I wanted my delivery as it was now 10:55 and wanted someone from the store to deliver it. I was told yes ok. At 11:30 still no pizza and 30 down. Do not use this store its a sham and a disgrace, they want the money but not the work. Will be taking this higher Uo the chain.
