ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH!!! What should have been a lovely experience for me and my kids ended up in total disaster and being conned! Thank you Harlow (cm20 1LR) changing lanes location!!! Booked 10 deposit (7 to pay on day for large printed photo) and my friends did the same deal ... was told we could all get a photo of our kids together and we could ask our friends (who didn't book) to come and join too ... done that, took the photos then was told because they ain't my "family" I couldn't get the photo if I knew this, when I told something completely different when booking, I wouldn't have rushed to Harlow from Walthamstow with my newborn baby and son!! .. I didn't get ANY photos of my son and Daughter alone (as that's not what I attended the shoot for) but they were saying I could only get a photo of my son and daughter, or refund!! Then the other man said I could get the photo I wanted, then the another man came back and said I couldn't!!! They kept changing there minds and it made the whole experience stressful and time wasting...specially when I didn't live round the corner and traveled for this ... it's a joke how you con people outta of their money, specially in a living crisis at the moment, it's sickening and you are heartless people, rude and not understanding at all! Love how you was willing to give me a photo (I paid for) with 2 children init But not a photo with all the children init ( total of 8 children ) exactly the same thing, same money, what I paid for! Said I would get a refund!! So where's my refund!!!??? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY PEOPLE ITS A JOKE!

I had photos taken at London branch. They edited my photos so badly the photos look unreal plus they charge too much 17 for the session 120 for 2 photos and 30 for 1 small photo. I personally never going back again.

We had a great photo experience with the team however I will advice copyrighted digital copies be sent to customers to make choices from instead of haven to be dragged out of their homes to view pictures. its COVID-19 pandemic and it's not safe for anyone. Commuting is also not easy for families. I still recommend your photo sessions for anyone. its superb.

We had a very good first time with the very special photo shoot we planned for our babies first birthday and we also had another photo shoot for just family pictures. It was a great experience worth the money. Highly recommended for family and baby photographs!
