        Really poor. I booked a flu jab 3 times via the NHS at this pharmacy and this cancelled at the last minute THREE times without any warning ! They also NEVER answer the phone. Avoid this place like the plague !

        I've always found the staff to be most helpful, especially this evening, when they stayed open to let me collect an urgent prescription just after 6. Lifesavers!

        Short staffed lady behind the counter was very good but I think overwhelmed by the amount of customers needing the medicines.No pharmacist and not known when one will be on site. my mother's medicines were not delivered yesterday after having an urgent drs appointment she rang she was told she can collect as the driver has not taken hers. 86yrs old with health and mobility issues outrageous!!! So to ensure she gets the medicine required I've had to take a day off work and drive from linconshire. I have emailed them and the CEO of well ( seb hobbs ) if anyone is interested to complain. Not good enough for an ageing population.
