Utter rubbish , The staff are well on their way to another gold medal in the ''Rudest, Most sour faced and Unhelpful '' Category for the tenth straight year. Now to add to the all round inconvenience of shutting for lunch and never reopening on time , they are now shut on a Saturday, very handy for those who work. I have finally had it and will not be using this joke of a pharmacy again , which probably suits the staff just fine as customers seem to be an irritant to them who get in way or doing absolutely nothing ( maybe trying to sour milk just by looking at it )

I always find Claire and little Chris more than helpful. They are all very overworked and understaffed! They also have to put up with a lot of very rude customers!

My teenage son found the staff rude , patronising and extremely unhelpful. Perhaps staff should consider that young people have had a really tough time over the last two years and are struggling with anxiety related to doing things independently for the first time. Organised own doctors appointment and went to collect prescription which had been sent elsewhere by the doctors by mistake. People working in a role such as this need to be patient and understanding not rude and sarcastic. You dont realise the damage you do to young peoples confidence when you behave like this. THINK
