To the extremely rude lady working behind the counter at Shenfield Pharmacy: If you hate your job so much go find another. Stop making your misery everyone elses. I came in to get contact lense solution and was told very abruptly and rather rudely that you don't do it. Thank goodness for Tesco's across the road! I am never going in to this pharmacy again, as it is not the first time I've experienced this level of misery from their staff. Whatever happened to common courtesy?

My elderly uncle was supposed to have his medication delivered, had to get someone to pick it up for him in the end as he was out of tablets, useless service
