Rosie has visited Jamie twice now - once for her puppy introduction to grooming and again today for a full grooming service. Jamie is so approachable, really listens to what we like and offers great grooming advice to us as new puppy owners. Where some matting needed to be attended to, he checked in with us first. That for us, is the best of customer service. We are delighted with todays grooming and Rosie is very happy to visit. Thank you Jamie!

This is the first time I've used this dog groomer. I have two greyhounds, who can be nervous due to being rescues. Jamie and his colleague were friendly and kind and managed to get both their nails cut. In particular my oldest dog is a nightmare and she has the shortest nails I've ever seen. I'm really pleased with the groom and they smell amazing. Thanks so much

I must say out of all the groomers that I have used over the years I am so happy that Pet Spa opened in Brentwood I used to go elsewhere because I drove but now since the catastrophe at Creatures Great and Small and Jamie opening Pet Spa its great. Hes very professional and treats all dogs equally and kindly. Appointments are easy to make and although he is very busy he will try and make an appointment for you. For me Id give Pet Spa 10 out of 10.

I have tried every groomer in Brentwood and I am genuinely so shocked and grateful to pet spa Essex! We have a gorgeous Blenheim King Charles Cavalier Leo who looked like chewbacca from other groomers and myself not knowing how to let his coat be the best it could be. Not only did they teach me how to hand strip his coat but for only 10 they spent an extra half hour hand stripping his coat. Leo went in with a dullish, creamy coloured coat and came back looking like a puppy again with a red, silky one. I will absolutely be going only to pet spa Essex as theyve proven to be sure the most knowledgeable and caring. They seriously deserve more than the 5 stars Ive just given them! Im in absolute awe!

Thank you Jamie for looking after my princess and always grooming her so fantastic each groom. My dog loves coming into see Jamie, always wags her tail. At the last groomers she was SO terrified and now goes in happy. Thats all thanks to you Jamie.
