        Fantastic, well equipped gem of a gym in the heart of Shenfield.It is run by George who has a hugely impressive knowledge of strength conditioning and improving all areas of fitness.Classes are well prepared, dynamic and always challenging. Both Georges passion and attention to detail make this a great place to graft and why the training lab is always a must in the week.Highly recommend!
