I have been training with Sarah for just under 2 months and Im already feeling and seeing a difference. Sarah is extremely professional and, although weve only been able to have online classes, shes been incredibly motivating. She takes time to ask what you want out of your training and listens to you throughout. I told her that some exercises would hurt my lower back and she gave me some stretches and exercises to incorporate into work outs. She has also adapted our routines to avoid pain but to also help strengthen my core. I highly recommend Sarah to all my friends and family as I would do to anyone who asks.

I start training with Sarah during the pandemic and since then we train constantly. I had the chance to also participate in the 3 weeks challenge which was fantastic. Sarah makes the work outs very fun and time is flying with her. She is very professional and always provide you with modifications so you have the options. Sarah is very genuine and she puts all her energy and knowledge into you to make you happy at the end of the work outs and get the best results. I highly recommend Sarah due to her patience and her diversity in the workouts. Thank you.
