John and team did an amazing job replacing our exiting wooden patio with a tiled one and landscaping the garden. They worked really fast and finished everything in a week. Very pleased with the result and would recommend.

A massive thank you to John and the team. After a long and gruelling 18 month total house refurbishment I was ready to complete the job with a new drive and hard landscaping to front, side and rear gardens. I had four quotes in all and I must say Equity Drives at the initial stage came across the most professional. John put me in touch with other nearby customers and allowed me to inspect their drives and patios. John took time to listen to ideas and produced a detailed plan. This went on to an exact start date and the work was completed in a matter of a week to the highest standard. The team were amazing too. About six workers in all, completely in tune with each other. Hardworking, conscientious, respectful, tidy, always on time and professional are just a few words to describe the team. We needed to get our drive done because whoever the previous owners chose were rubbish. Ours was cracking and the gutter alley hadn't been done, which was causing dreaded damp on the external wall. I saw Equity Drives advertised and got a quote. John was very thorough and explained patiently all the design options and details. After speaking to a few other companies we decided to go with Equity Drives because they have a proven track record for delivering quality and great looking drives. He admitted that I might find cheaper but I know from having to have ours redone that its often a false economy to go with the cheaper option. John gave us a timeline and to my surprise we got a call to start the works when he said! Work commenced and each day, his team arrived on time, respected my property, were polite and worked harder than Ive seen a team of builders work in a long time. Their relentless work ethic is admirable. Its evident, theyre masters of their craft. The results are not only incredible to look at but theyve incorporated details which secure the foundations of our property. His team unblocked our gutter and replaced it with a sustainable system which I just know is going to make my life so much easier in the future. Im so thankful and what Equity Drives were able to accomplish in 3 days is incredible! The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding! Im so relieved I decided to go for it, thank you!
