Old Shenfield Place

My mother has been a resident at OSP for 18 months now and has received nothing but the highest level of care. The staff are wonderful.

Old Shenfield Place provided the loving caring environment for our mother for many years. They were wonderful in adapting and providing varied enrichment as the pronounced symptoms of her stoke continued to debiltate her. Her peaceful and dignified passing was there with the staff who had become her family, in what became the safe haven of her new home. Not long after at the beginning of the pandemic we were relieved when my father was able to move in. His dementia care needs are very different and yet he is so happily at home and content with his life thanks to his tricky care needs which particulary Kim the manager has ensured have been actioned. As a family who all live over two hours away it has been a huge relief to have the confident knowledge that our parents are well looked after when distance prevents us from giving the quality of contact that every member of staff at Old Shenfield Place gives to residents like our parents. We can't thank them all often enough.
