Shenfield Nails

I had a terrible experience at the nail salon today. Despite booking in advance, I had to wait for 45 minutes before my treatment began. The nail technician (boy) assigned to me was rude, unprofessional, and couldn't speak English properly. He didn't seem to understand what I was asking for, and he did things his way, causing me pain during the treatment. What's worse, the technician cut my cuticles improperly and left scars on my fingers. While he was hurting me, he was speaking in his language to his colleagues and laughing. I felt completely disrespected and mocked by the technician and his team. To add insult to injury, the salon charges excessively high prices for such terrible service. Overall, my experience was dreadful, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else. Services: Dip powder, Nail painting, Nail extensions

Waited longer to have my nails done, than actually having them done. So rushed. I pointed out so many times that the nails were wonky & nothing done about them she just kept filing them & telling me THEY ARE OK NOW! When they wasnt My first time here & wont be going back! Then when I went to pay my NatWest app wasnt working to transfer the money, so I said can I just pop to the cash point which is directly opposite & she said yeah leave youre phone and proceeded to talk to her customer saying I was going to run off? Me? A 29 year old women? Run off? AVOID! AWFUL! Service: Nail extensions

Booked an appointment over the phone, arrived and had to wait an hour with no apology and wasnt even greeted at the door. The space was over cramped and messy, with one of the nail techs vaping inside. Service was rushed, and my nails were not properly prepared. I would advise to choose any other nail place, as this one was not worth the (high) price at all.

Only place my mom and I will have our nail's done. The staff pride in quality not rush and get done, the relaxed, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The owner has a personality and knows all her customers. This is the best and only nail bar I have and will go to. Thank you Shenfield nail's for 7years of incredible and impeccable service.
