AVOID THIS SALON Well I dont know where to start. Todays visit to this salon was absolutely terrible. A young gentleman (I guess he is the owner of the salon) around 30+ years old should NOT work in customer service! I came with a dark green nails, asked to remove them and apply a light pink colour. He didnt remove the green colour completely, left some pieces of the green nail polish, and started applying a light pink colour. When he applied the 3rd layer of the nail polish I could still see the green colour under the fresh pink polish. I asked him why he didnt remove the green colour completely before applying the light colour ( I asked nicely, didnt raise my voice, Im always polite to people because I have been working in customer service for many years) He started shouting at me in very aggressive way. He told me that he has more than 20+ of experience and he knows his job. He said When you are bad to people, people are going to be bad to you. I didnt even raise my voice at this person. Im shocked, and I regret that I didnt call the police. I didnt feel safe! His hands were shaking, this person is not stable (Im sorry but its true) people like him should not work in customer service, this is unacceptable. I am your client! You should provide a good work as well as good customer service. Do I need to close my mouth and say nothing when Im not happy with your poor work? Im sure you are going to read this! YOU NEED TO WORK ON YOURSELF BEFORE YOU START WORKING WITH OTHER PEOPLE! I will pass this information to a local council! Service: Manicure

I go to Harvey's quite a lot. I love taking my daughters for a nice pampering session.
