An excellent service and a huge Thank You to my amazing mortgage broker, Richard Rushworth, from Brentwood. I had the pleasure of working with Richard in securing a remortgage and sourcing a new deal for a BTL. From beginning to end, Richard took the time to understand my situation and offered his advice on how best to proceed, he was very informative, responsive, extremely thorough and attentive to my financial needs and made sure that I was getting the best deal possible. Richard was an absolutely fabulous mortgage broker based in Brentwood. He helped me sort out a remortgage for our property. His knowledge and expertise in this was first rate and he was able (and available) to answer every single basic question that I had (which was a lot!). He found us an initial deal which was great and we went ahead with but importantly got in touch again when an even better product came along to help save us some extra cash. I would definitely use Richard again and will recommend him to friends and family.

I could not recommend Richard highly enough as a mortgage broker. We arranged an appointment on short notice over the Christmas period and he came out to see us late in the evening which was really appreciated as we were not that local to him in the Brentwood area. Richard helped explain everything and made the process of obtaining a mortgage very simple for us. He would always be available to contact and would never shy away from calling us to discuss and explain everything needed. We are really happy with the mortgage Richard got us and will be using him again as well as recommending him to our friends and family. Richard helped me to purchase my first flat 5 years ago when he worked in Enfield, 5 years later he has helped with my re-mortgaging. He makes everything so easy, straight to the point and answers any questions no matter how weird the questions can be he will always help. Hes always contactable and super easy to get hold of.
