Youll be billed for invoices that werent pre advice to you.
Ive had Gas Certs booked and billed to me (way over the standard gas cert price)
Ive had works billed to me with no pre advice.
Ive had works advised to me of one price and then billed with a higher invoice amount. Reason was it was an emergency and we had to act straight away. Yet youll find they wont tell you this, theyll just send you the invoice with no explanation.
Ive now been trying to resolve an issue with them for a month, its either staff on holiday, off sick etc etc
Their online portal isnt up to date, youll see the wrong rental amounts quoted, wrong dates of last AST. No AST available to view online and when you ask for them, youll get sent out of date ones and still be waiting a month later for the correct ASTs you requested.
Whats even worse is they know of my personal circumstances, Ive just lost a member of my family and yet they continue to place additional stress on me.
They use to be really good but unfortunately the lettings manager left and since they replaced the manager, the attitude of the staff has changed and the place is falling apart.
