I was lucky enough to have a few wonderful ladies assist me through the buying process. I had lots of bumps along the way but Michaela was brilliant from the start - always remaining professional, warm and friendly even through frustrating situations. This really made a difference as I was a first time buyer, doing it by myself, so got very stressful at times! Its really refreshing to deal with individuals that genuinely care about their clients and communicate so well. Thank you!

I have used HS to sell my house and the service was very good. The % was competitive and the team were very friendly and professional, communicating with everyone all the time. They made sure that everyone knew what was going on at all times and they represented my house very well, which sold very quickly. I would definitely use them again!

My experience was very positive with HS estate agents. From booking the viewing to getting the key everything went very smoothly. What was most appreciated was the personalized approach they took in recommending an appropriate flat based on my requirements. I was in need of a flat as soon as possible and I was able to get the key just 3 working days after the viewing. Fran was easily contactable whenever I had a question and very helpful. Overall I am very happy with the service they provided.

I dont ever write google reviews, but can I just say how impressed I was with the service at HS Estate Agents. I was a first time buyer and they put me at complete ease and helped me through the process. Michaela, Tanya and all the staff were always so approachable. They also provided me with a welcome box with all the essentials for a move. I could not have been more pleased. Thank you.
