        Our first visit to FJRS, we were instantly impressed just by the look of the waiting area, very tide and clean, a very professional appearance. We werent disappointed with the polite welcome from Fred within minutes of arrival. Our keys are taken and the wonderfully well stocked and beautifully clean complementary mini snack bar area pointed out, ( very much appreciated). We was booked in for our 6 year service on our Mk 3 focus RS. We were kept informed as the service was carried out and finally a few hours down the line our car was done. A very informative and detailed report came back with Fred and a few pictures of the few items that need a little attention soon. After a bit of a chat about old times we were all done.
