1st of all they changed booking time, one day before the booking, that cause inconvenience as needed to reschedule my day and leave work earlier. 2end, absolutely unprofessional manager, very unwelcoming and ignorant, wasn't even bother to answer my questions was just waving with his head while stearing in the computers screen, ubsolutely use less person, with his skills best job he can do is to be a security in a supermarket. 3rd, neeses to came back second time following my tire change, as wheels wasn't balanced. Experienced very hard steering wheel vibration on the motorway, been told that ballancing was done, but after i asked to do it again problem disappeared so means that it wasn't done at the first time. The only guy who apologised for the inconvenience was a fitter not a manager. Dont think that with that kind of service that garage will survive. I personally wont go there no more.

I always use F1 Autocentre at Brentwood for my cars MOT's and take advantage of their online discounts. Staff are helpful, friendly, and attentive. With a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude makes me feel that this is a trusted garage and why I recommend them. Thank you for a 5* service.
