DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I should have looked at the reviews and didnt. I ordered a dress and paid for delivery. It didnt suit me so paid 7.95 for signed special delivery. I tracked it and it says its been delivered. I still have no refund. Ive emailed 2 times and messaged twice on Instagram. I have not had a response. I have also commented on a post asking when I would get my refund and its been deleted. I think their customer service is terrible Im really disappointed as Ive loved following them from the get go. I wont be buying from them again!

Im really glad Ive read the reviews before buying as I definitely wont be buying anything from them and their customer service department needs sacking a good company needs a good customer service team they wont have a business if they carry on like this sorry guys but a narrow escape for me and you need to look at why people are giving you negative comments

Absolutely shocking. Retuned an item a month ago, despite being received (confirmed via royal mail) there's no refund and ignoring and deleting all of my communication attempts. Phone number no longer in service. AVOID 100%

DO NOT BUY. such a shame as I've admired the brand for a long time. I've sent an item back (at my own expense) and they won't send me my money back and the customer service team are ignoring me and deleting my social media posts. So disappointing. AVOID

Poor items faulty awful quality promised to refund my postage but have failed to do so now out of pocket for two lots of p&p will not order again poor customer service fail to keep to promises in emails and then fail to bother to answer anymore extremely disappointing service
