Bought from this store then returned my items. Got refused a refund and given a store credit of 60. Emailed multiple times with no response. My 60 has been stolen by this company.

Visited yesterday only to find it closed a month ago. I asked on the Instagram page and obviously Google is showing that this 'boutique' is open. Whoever updates the Insta page blatantly lied and said it was open til 5pm which was disappointing as we had made the journey especially. We met the new owners who are turning it into a hairdressers. I've never ordered online so I'm not reviewing the clothing or ordering system just the shop.

Place an order for 2 items, after waiting 3 weeks for them I emailed them. They replied saying 1 item was out of stock and would be refunded and the other item was was at the depot to be dispatched. Another 2 weeks later and still not received the other item and sent 3 emails asking for my money back and had no reply or money refunded

I ordered online it came and way awful sizing so ordered another that came faulty obviously the machine ripped where the label was stitched on was asked to parcel up and send back which I did costing me 7.54 to send back didnt receive refund rang up lady said it had gone the wrong address even though she knew their was 2 jumpers in parcel said she would retrieve them this was November we are now may the following year and I still have not received refund took in yo consideration lock down but I am going to report this to Freud they fail to answer phone and dont reply to Facebook no wonder Gemma Collins does well if I dont get response to this in the next 7 days I will be claiming
