        Updating this review as two years later I am unexpectedly buying tiles again. Same excellent service so felt compelled to update and thank the team. Ordered online and received phone call day before confirming delivery was in store and again on the day it actually arrived. Loaded into the car in a flash by the team. Cant ask for more than that! - - - - James the store manager is always extremely helpful and runs a tight ship here. I have recently returned to buy more tiles a year later and still excellent service so I would recommend a visit if you are looking for tiles.

        This place is one of those (unfortunately) rare places where the staff are genuinely interested in helping first, and selling second. I always trust their opinion, and special thanks has to go to Danny who just gave a different perspective, likely saving me time and money in the future. Would definitely recommend and will (obviously) definitely be using again. 5*

        Nice well laid out store. With the covid thing going on, they offer wipes and gloves on entry, social distance stickers on the floor. Very helpful staff and knowledgeable. Everything in the shop is clean and easy to find what you need. Quality tiles, trim and tools to get the job done
