Avoid this company at all cost. They installed a new boiler for us and left none of the paperwork including the installation and commissioning certificates. They would not provide them when asked.

Bad, bad, bad. Installed a new boiler and never got the OFTEC certificate despite asking many times. Had to get another engineer to correct all the mistakes and get a certificate.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Absolute nightmare, left us with no hot water or heating for five days during February. Didn't turn up when they said they would. Cut through electric cables with blow torch I needed to get emergency electrician. Screwed screw in gripper rod through water pipe had I to get emergency plumber. No paper work provided, no receipts or certificates. Boiler has leaked consistently since being installed. Flowright came back and looked at it but still continued to leak. Independant boiler service has looked at boiler and has said it has not been fitted properly, not level, condenser pipe not plumbed in, no fire valve basically condemned it.
