This was a horrific experience overall. I ordered something from TooGoodToGo and was on my way to collect it, through the rain and wind, walking to get my food and meet my boyfriend, who was at the restaurant meeting me. He calls me to tell me that theyve decided theyre not fulfilling the order. I check my app, no notification from them to say they cancelled it, no contact at all, no refund pending, still displays that I should collect my order. So I now turn around and make my way home, soled from the rain. I call the manager to ask whats going on, why have they decided to not fulfil the order, not notified me, and not processed a refund. She says something along the times of okay well do it and hangs up on the phone on me. My boyfriend, who at this point is also now walking home through the rain because they turned him down at the restaurant, is on his way back home too, so I turn around and start making my way back to the restaurant, still pouring and freezing at this point. Get to the restaurant, the poor man behind the service counter just keep repeating she just told me in response to why they decided to cancel it in the first place and not notify me. So Im sitting there, freezing, wet, without any explanation, waiting for my food which should have been ready to collect a long time before they actually packaged everything. Finally get the food. Im thinking I hope at least they had some humanity and compensated for everything by putting in a little more or something decent at least. Im not joking when I say they filled my box with stale tasting rice, a single potato, and one small piece of meat I would say you get what you pay for but, according them them, they just wanted me to pay and not give me the food I ordered. Wasnt even worth the 4 I payed! So unhappy with the portions, the food, the service most of all from the management team. No explanation offered. Not even notified that they decided to not fulfil my order! It feels like they just wanted to take the money!

After a slight mishap on Sunday the staff at big blessings went above and beyond to rectify things hooked me up today in such a way!! Big blessings bye name big blessings by nature food was amazing thank you so much...... Food 10/10 Customer service 10/10 Will definitely be back soon!!
