        Hi all, the branch staff were overall unhelpful and condescending, especially the man who asked us to go over to the desk, 1st of all he seat down and continued to talk me, without offering me a seat... unprofessional and also just down and out rule! I wanted to pay off a natwest mortgage (which I was told on the phone by natwest that I could do this in branch) but the branch staff were so not interested, I am so glad I do not have any other accounts this this bank, no more natwest business for me...

        Not very helpful at all. Visited with my dad and very rude staff especially the man directing people. I think they are discouraging you to speak to actual people and just want you to use the machines for everything which the older generation do not want to do. Im so pleased I bank with Barclays.
