I been renting a office in Regus Brentwood since 2014 and honestly the customer service has gone down to an appalling rate which I am so disappointed about and would not recommend anyone to use the services at Regus in Brentwood, Essex, this is a refection of since Kayleigh is no longer the Manager of Regus Brentwood. The reception area of the building is nice and warm, however the communal areas of other parts of the building is absolutely freezing to a point that my staff have to put there coats on just to go to the kitchen / toilet, this has been reported by myself and by other tenants here to the Regus Brentwood manager, only to be told that maintenance has been informed, however there is no progress on this and i am sure if the reception area had the same heating problem this would have been resolved by now. Stay well away from Regus in Brentwood Essex, as they just want your money for services that are at a all time unacceptable rate. Hi Thank you for your response, however I don't feel that the issues I have raised will be resolved by raising a case, as this has already been done by other tenants that I know of and nothing has been resolved, if you wish to resolved this issue then I suggest that you make contact with myself as you have my details as one of your tenants for 8 years. I have taken photos of the thermometer in my office this morning which you can see and the temperature in my office this morning when I walked in was 11 degrees and the minimum office working temperature in the UK is 16 degrees for office staff as per health and safety guidance and law, so this needs to be resolved as a matter of urgency, I will await for your urgent response
