        Such a shame self service tills have ruined this service station. Causes more queues and chaos. Pay for fuel at pump if possible.

        Absolutely abysmal service. 15 minutes to pay for petrol - and only one other customer in the store. Nobody at the tills. Manager couldn't care less - needs replacing immediately.

        Store seemed ok and staff member I asked re a customer toilet was apologetic , stating it was removed years ago! Unfortunately the given details about the shop are incorrect , it has no customer toilet, let alone a wheelchair accessible toilet as advertised I had to carry on driving to the marks simply food in the BP Petrol station down ongar road in Brentwood, which has a accessible toilet.
