We have worked with Ruth on a number of Projects and on each occasion found her to be a superb Project Manager, an excellent communicator, with organised prompt payments and one of the most honest and ethical professionals we have associated with. Each contract was complicated with many moving parts and Ruth make is much easier going as she makes decision fast saving precious time helping all involved maintain ultra high customer service.

I could not recommend Ruth and her company more! Ive been a tenant now for almost 4 years under Purple Hat Property and have never ever had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Ruth is always extremely quick to reply and is always there to help when with the most minor of things.
