        I am very proud to be a part of Bluebird care Essex West where I have now been working for almost 2 years. Bluebird care have been extremely supportive, and we have a fantastic Manager to guide us every step of the way. Also, thanks to Bluebird care I am now coming to the end of my NVQ which they have funded for me! This has been very knowledgeable and beneficial for personal Career development. I love being a part of a great team that are all so passionate about their roles and coming to work each day is a pleasure.
