        What a horrible customer service they called twice to change an appointment for flue jab went there even 10 min before my appointment with no reason got cancelled again very rude pharmacist very rude and un helpful staff they don't have a clue what they are doing will never ever put my step in there never.

        Gave up using this pharmacy a good few months ago. The only plus point as far as i was concerned was it was convenient when using the main Sainsbury store for other shopping. Now I"m registered with Ongar Rd Pharmacy which is pretty efficient.

        Useless. It's a shame because there is a young lad who is really good but the rest of the staff are terrible. Polite enough, but no help. Advice, use pharmchoice over the road.
