MOT run by idiots. Ripped my mobile phone holder & car cam recorder off the windscreen screen, was it really necessary to destroy them in the process???? Most cars have these attachments so why destroy them........ idiots! Fail the car and let me remove them but don't destroy them!!!

was advised that paper work was being e mailed to me No service report regarding tyres or brakes No detail of the service 69 charge for wheel aligement, no b/4 and after detail The low battery indicator problem not resolved, see how I get on, had this fault for a year already

MINSTREL BLUE
I only use the Brentwood branch as it's a convenient location. I've visited a few times now for tyre issues, mot and air con regas and the welcome is always frosty and indifferent, when I've tried to explain certain issues it's almost like they don't care and know best . The jobs have always been done but staff there need some attitude training.
