Best Estate agents, not only in Brentwood but the whole of Essex. Very knowledgable about properties ins and outs, the road, the area and able to answer all questions asked. Don't bother with any of the other agents in Brentwood. Maneesh won't let you down. He is very approchable and very professional. Maneesh is also able to recommend someone for every other part of the stage involved in the process of property buying and selling, mortgage brokers, solictors etc. I would 100% take his recommendations over anyone else too!!!!! Maneesh runs a family business and works alongside his wife Anita who again is second to none when it comes to property. I would highly recommend this family run business over any of the other estate agents in the area. Hands down the best if you've got a property for sale, don't hesitate to give them a call. This is coming from someone who has bought and sold through them after being unimpressed with other so called big agents in the area. Thanks again Maneesh and Anita! Ashworths managed the sale of our property in Chelmsford extremely well, despite the Covid pandemic the number of viewings was high and handled professionally given the stringent rules around PPE and social distancing. In the end we had two buyers bidding for the property which exceeded the guide price, thank you to Maneesh who kept us fully appraised of progress being made and where the market sat during difficult times. Would recommend Ashworths to any prospective vendor.

Anita, Maneesh and Susie have been fantastic. They found a buyer for us within 8 weeks of signing with them (3 other local estate agents had months without success). Susie then helped us through the process of the sale and our onward purchase, tirelessly contacting solicitors and agents up and down the chain. Ashworths really went above and beyond, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
