        I have worked at CareMax for over 6 years and have really enjoyed my time here. I have gained lots of experience and met some amazing people both staff and service users. I have always been supported by management and my feedback is always listened to. My hard work and commitment paid off nearly 2 years ago when I was promoted to senior carer for my area, a role which I really enjoy

        I have been working for CarMax for maybe over 8months now. I've met alot of new people within my area, I work in and live in. I have a fantastic team, that is always supportive of each other. Working with caremax gives me flexibility to work within my daughter school hours which is perfect for me as I'm a loan parent. All client are like family to us. which makes work even more welcoming.
