Do not go with this company!!! Where do I start?? First of all a member of their staff threatened to burn a customers house down whilst using fowl language, this member of staff did NOT get suspended and is still working for the company, cqc are now investigating this case, they are constantly short staffed and clearly cant handle the amount of calls they have, completely unprofessional and dont know how they are even still going

I started working for the Brentwood caring team on the 13th of March 2022, since my first pay on the 31st of March I have been extremely underpaid from what was agreed/signed on my contract, during my interview, text messages and verbal discussions etc the office agreed to review this, However, this has not been followed through, I asked for help from The team on the 31st of March to have my wages checked and they never did, it was constantly shrugged off. When the second payday came on the 28th of April, I had been wrongly paid again, this led to constant back and forth of emails from myself to The company, I was being ignored for weeks over email and phone calls, from this I refused to work until my pay had been backdated from the 13th of march. I eventually had a phone call with one of the team members where she stated that I would never be paid in blocks only for the actual call that I do and until they add up to an hour, due to this not being stated clearly in the interview or contract, I was very upset, stressed and confused. It clearly states in my contract that I would be paid hourly as well as what was discussed and agreed in my interview. if this was the case, I wouldnt have financially been able to take the job in the first case as I was finishing my university degree and have bills to pay. They did eventually agree to backdate my hours and give me what I am owed. The reason for this review is because they never did backdate my pay, their communication and the contract was breached.
