We booked the day 2 PCR test at the clinic, because it was advertised to have the results by midnight the following day. when we arrived, they had difficulty finding our appointment, and then gave us a t&c form to sign, with a note that we would receive the results within 48 hours circled. When I questioned this with the receptionist, she was rather abrupt and told us to ring a number on the site if we wanted an explanation that was more than the government has changed the guidelines. When we explained that we had already tried to ring the number this morning and were kept on the line for 20 minutes before we gave up, she became very rude and suggested we didnt have to take the test. The test itself was quick and easy, but I would not recommend this company for the above reason, there was no ID check done, we could have been anyone.

I have used MyHealthcare Clinic several times for travel covid tests. They are always professional and courteous, have an easy booking system with reasonable prices and helpful phone service I've used to make changes. In Brentwood it has wide open spacing and has always been very clean. I prefer it to other testing sites I've used including at home services.

Quick and easy to get your covid PCR test done. Must make a booking beforehand.

Shocking no social distance absolutely dirty and to top it off the tests were late and in accurate this company completely ruined Christmas for 4 kids stay away
