        Called to get an estimate of ring resizing. Was instantly told No I dont do estimates over the phone which is fair enough, but then hung up immediately before I could ask any further questions. Would have been happy to go into the shop but the attitude on the phone was disgusting so will be going elsewhere.

        Four years ago I posted a very positive review of Brentwood Jewellers. Since then, Jane (the better half) and I have been back to purchase a number of items from this excellent Jeweller. On each occasion we have been warmly welcomed by Pat and Robert. Their attention to the detail of our requests and purchases have been exemplary. It is always a great pleasure to visit their establishment. If you are looking for the very best in quality and service, you need look no further than Brentwood Jewellers.

        Terrible service. Called to get a ring resized which is clearly advertised on their website. They said they wouldnt be interested and were very short. Frankly go somewhere else where they will deliver actual service
