Grange Jaguar Brentwood

Honestly, the service department here are a credit to the Jaguar brand. They consistently deliver good service and are knowledgeable, which if you own a Jaguar, youll know isnt all that common. Recently I wanted my infotainment system software updated to include Apple CarPlay and I contacted 16 Jaguar dealerships. 7 of them told me it couldnt be done, 5 of them quoted me over 1000 for a new unit, 2 told me it could be done but they wont go anywhere near it as its unreliable, 1 told me it would take an hour and these guys explained the whole process to me, how long it would take and at a more reasonable cost of 300. I drive past 2 other JLR dealerships to get to these guys, which is testament to the quality of their work and their knowledge. I cannot recommend them enough.

Having bought a few cars from dealers this was by far the best experience. No pressure, could take my time making a decision, was kept informed and shown support after sale on setting up the iPace.

Right from the outset I was extremely happy to have ordered from Grange Jaguar. Through necessity I had to purchase a used car rather than the new car I had ordered but this was not the dealers fault. Louis and Eimantas were thoroughly professional. Louis got my vehicle ready for collection at a time that suited and was great in the handover explaining all the documentation. Everyone at Grange I met were very friendly, professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to buy a Jaguar and wanting a great personal service. I could not be happier with my E-Pace it is a great car to drive
