Asked to use the toilet and she said are you a customer I said no sorry my toddler needs the toilet quickly and she said sorry not my problem. So my child wet herself there and then, now miles away from home with wee all over me. Can understand adults but she was 3, safe to say I wasnt a customer in that moment however I definitely wont be in the future!
