Simon and his team were brilliant in getting everything to plan, to find our leak, stop it and getting everything dried out in our kitchen. I am ever grateful, and so is John. I was more than a little stressed with the children and moving around the house. I need not have worried, we were in safe hands and didn't have to move out. Were had a major water leak in our kitchen that had caused considerable damage to our oak floor & kitchen area in general. I contacted Simon & he was able to take care of the claim from start to finish, negotiating the best possible outcome for us. He had also suggested that before the work started that maybe we thought about having wall taken down to give a open plan layout to our home, we took his advice and this has totally transformed our home giving a great open space. The work was carried out by a fantastic team of tradesmen who are all a credit to Simon & cant recommend them enough.

I had a small and very hard to find leak from a pipe embedded in the concrete floor of my bathroom. Several plumbers wouldn't even attempt to find it, but Simon and his team jumped right in. They quickly located and fixed the leak, even managing to leave the bath in place, which I really did not think was even possible. As soon as the room had dried out, the floor was re-tiled and all other damage made good. Simon arranged all the details and handled the insurance claim, which made the process simple and stress-free. I'm really pleased with the outcome and thoroughly recommend Resolve.

Having had extensive water damage in our en suite, Simon came highly recommended, and needless to say he did not disappoint.
